avenueK is a real estate boasting some 300 outlets for retail and f/b tenants, the design guidelines having been prepared and coordinated by zlgdesign. Most of them have been let but we hold details for forthcoming London Restaurants and Japanese Styled food and bar designs coming soon this year end 2007.
zlgdesign manages the fit out and designs for some of the key tenants, amongst others the spa operators and the W Residence show units and W Hotel show rooms. A Designer Showcase is also in view, and a K Gallery venture with German partner is on its way to fruition in the next months. Japanese designer Yasumichi Morita and Interior Designer Christian Liaigre continues to collaborate on the Project.
